Confederate Monument
On October 18, 2021, the Centre College Faculty voted in support of the following resolution:
On October 8, 2021, Centre students and alums took action to cover the Confederate monument adjacent to Centre’s property. We, the faculty express our support for the courage exemplified by our students’ commitment to take direct action in their ongoing efforts to combat symbols of racism and violence.
